Kaspersky is known to cause problems. It interferes and makes the Live Processor and other units invisible in Live.

The workaround described in the step-by-step guide below has been proven to help.


Open Network Settings

Go to: Settings -> Additional -> Network
and Next to "Monitor selected ports only" Press "Select"


Disable port 5000

You see that port 5000, which the NAD and other units uses for communication with Dirac Live, is active for "monitoring".

If you disable that it should work.
