You may encounter an issue with a "measurement request time out," which means that the Dirac Live application and the device to be measured, an AVR or Processor, are not properly communicating.
Ensure that both the device running the Dirac Live application and the AVR or Processor are connected to the same network, with full internet connectivity.
In some cases, a factory reset of the AVR can solve network issues. So it's recommended to try that is this guide isn't helping.
