How do I transfer my license to another user?
Dirac Licenses are transferable to another user only in case of hardware sale as they are tied to the initial device they were purchased for.
Dirac hardware device licenses are model specific and get tied to the initial device they were purchased for. They are not re-sellable or re-assignable alone, not even to another unit of the same model.
The Dirac Live Processor license is not eligible for transferring to another user.
There is a "Self-Service" option available for transferring licenses in the Dirac account portal.
Log in here: https://account.dirac.com/login
Go to "My Licenses".
See the "Manage" option to the far right of the license you would want to transfer:
If there is no "Manage" option available, it means the license is not transferable.
Precaution: Make sure the buyer has already created a Dirac Live account page. Otherwise the transfer will fail.

Note: The license will be transferred together with the hardware ID ("UUID") of the Dirac enabled device, which means the license can not be sold separately. It transfers together with the device.
You will need to confirm the License Transfer in the last step:
Both the seller and buyer will receive an email about the transfer being completed.
