Solutions for backup incompatibility

If you experience a crash in SONAR 2016.08 or 2016.09 opening projects and have a Dell PC/Laptop with Dell Backup and Recovery installed or AlienRespawn, there is a known incompatibility caused by an icon overlay shell extension (DBROverlayIcon).

The easiest solution is to manually download the newest version of the AlienRespawn or Dell Backup and Recovery software directly from Dell or remove the utility if it is not being used.

NOTE: only version 1.8.1.71 is concerned and it sometimes come pre-installed on some PCs. Version 1.7.5.64 did not use Qt yet and in version 1.9.2.8, they removed the dependency in the shell overlay DLLs. So upgrading DBaR is enough to workaround the issue.
