No target curve is applied to the subwoofer signal
Try this solution
Do a full power cycle of your receiver
Unplug the unit at the back, wait 2-3 minutes then plug it back in.
NAD related: You need to select/activate the subwoofer (and crossover frequency) in the BluOS app.
