Aligning subwoofers
Alignment with regards to level (make them as loud relative to the other speakers as you think you will want them after calibration) and phase (set all subs to ”0 phase”) would not hurt, although not necessary. What is improved already in the analog domain will require less fixing in the digital domain, thereby possibly saving on the digital headroom.
