Can I transfer my license to another user?
Hardware upgrade licenses (for Dirac capable devices):
Transferable to another user only in case of hardware sale as they are tied to the initial device they were purchased for.
The license will be transferred together with the device ID ("UUID"). Licenses are not re-sellable or re-assignable alone, not even to another unit of the same model (Exception: in case of hardware failure, read more here).

Dirac Live Processor licenses:
Transferable without limitation.
Please reach out to us here with the e-mail address for the Dirac account of the new owner.
Self-service license transfer
Make sure that the new owner has already created a Dirac account here, otherwise the transfer will fail.
Log in here: https://account.dirac.com/login
Go to "My Licenses".
See the "Manage" option to the far right of the license you would want to transfer:
If there is no "Manage" option available for your hardware upgrade license, please reach out to us here.
Confirm the License Transfer in the last step:
Both the seller and buyer will receive an email about the transfer being completed.
