Try this solution

Ungroup speakers and redo

The setup was made with grouped speakers, either subs or speakers (or both). Please ungroup and start a new measurement process.

Open Network Settings

Go to: Settings -> Additional -> Network
and Next to "Monitor selected ports only" Press "Select"

Disable port 5000

You see that port 5000, which the NAD and other units uses for communication with Dirac Live, is active for "monitoring".

If you disable that it should work.
