The domain might be inaccessible from your country

The error can also emerge because the domain "onkyo.com" is inaccessible from your country (firewall issue). A solution here would be do use a web proxy to reach the site through USA.

Perform a soft reset

If you cant get it to work even if the server issue has been fixed perform a soft reset. Turn off your receiver and unplug from the outlet for one or two minutes. After that time plug the receiver back into the outlet and try to rerun your applications and login.

In some cases a Factory Reset of the AVR device is necessary.
